As the pokemon TCG has gotten more complex with new decks, I've noticed
something....Bill has been eliminated from a lot of decks.  Most decks are
now just running 4 prof. Oaks and 4 comp searches and that's pretty much how
they get their card drawing power.  What has happened to Bill (I mean Young
William, inside joke)?  Well, it looks like,  to me, that Young William isn't
needed anymore. Prof Oak is powerful enough on it's own.  What are the
advantages and disadvantages you may ask?  Well, I've com prepared to answer
that!

Advantages of 4 Oaks and no Young Williams:
1. 7 Cards at one time is pretty good.

2.  If you have an empty hand and topdeck a prof oak, it's happiness on rye
bread.

3.  Prof Oak has HUGE eyebrows

4.  You'll go through the cards in your deck faster.

Disadvantages of no Young Williams:
1.  You can't play 4 professor oaks at one time unless you are really lucky
(My record for young Williams in a turn is 5)

2.  You'll deck yourself if you or they stall too long.

3.  Young William is English

4.  You don't have to discard your hand, but you only get 2 cards.

Now, you see, having Young Williams in a deck totally depends on the player.
You don't need them anymore, with Erika and Sabrinas gaze and Blaines Quiz
numero uno.  If you want them, good for you, If  you dont, good for you.

It's what I'm sayin,
