Scorpio 13X here,

 

    Try this long but good combo: Dark Dugtrio+Rockets' Training Gym+Dodrio+Nidoking's Toxic+Dark Muk or Rockets' Scyther or Brock's Onix (100 hp) active. This makes it costlier to retreat ( Dark Muk active especially!) for your opponent with no retreat problem for you (Dodrio) and makes your opponent afraid to retreat (Sinkhole), but more afraid not to retreat (Toxic or Dark Muk's poison), ( if Rockets' Scyther is out with Shadow images) maybe not able to hit you or (if Brock's Onix active) not able to knock out your active pokemon ! Hard to pull of, but with the right trainers.....
