one Energy card attached to the Defending Pokemon and reattach it to the

This attack does 30 damage plus 10 more for each Energy card attached to the
Defending Pokemon.

Alone, they are nothing. But, together, they are a GREAT Archetype. Here's
what you do: You use Neiteio's Energy cycle to put Energy cards on a weak
Benched Pokemon on your opponent's Bench, use GOW, then, use Eefi to Psychic
its butt! So, here it is, quite possibly the Archetype of the future, ENERGY
MANIPULATION!!!

Well, that's that. The Archetype of the future. The Mewtwos are for back-up
firepower, the NGR are to get Energy and used GOW back, and the Bill and Oak
are basically there for drawing power.
