Here are some  combos.

Alakazam + Chansey + Scoop UP
First use damage swap to swap  every damage counter from your pokemon to
chansey then use scoop up  to get chansey back to your hand.,
all damage counters are know gone. Keep on repeating this process and you'll win games.

Blastoise + Misty's Poliwhirl

Use  Blastiose's pokemon power to give Misty's poliwhirl Water energy.

then use water punch.

Magneton (base) +Defender+transperent walls+Item Finder

Attach 3-4 defenders and use transperent walls then use Magneton's Self Destruct ,then it only  does 0-20 damage to itself and 20 damgae to the opponents bench. Repeat this process to win games.
