I have a 3 and 1/2 day weekend so I'm just doing this in my spare time.Here they are.

#5 Wooper-

This card is a great staller against Rocket's Zappy,Buzz,and any other Lightning pokes.I rate this card 7.5/10.

#4 Piloswine-

This card is good for the same reasons as Wooper.Plus it is essential in Murkrow Lock decks.I rate this card 7.0/10 due to the fact it has to evolve.

#3 Croconaw-

This card is great in Gatr decks.For 3 energy it can do 50 damage and discard 3 cards off of your deck.Helping Gatr and doing damage at the same time.I rate this card 8.0/10.

#2 Feralegatr-

This card,in my opinion,is the best card in the Modified Format.With the right cards to get Water energy in the discard pile it is pretty much unstoppable.I rate this a perfect 10/10.

#1 Blastoise

The legend that all water pokemon look up to.It has its own archetype for cryin' out loud.Rain Dance lasted up until the twin gym sets came out and Rocket's Zappy really weakened it.Then the 2 Neo sets gave it the Final Blow.I rate this card a perfect 10/10.
