One turn after evolving Dratini into Dark Dragonair, use Evolutionary Light. Then evolve into Dark Dragonite. Use Summon Minions. Then use Promo Mew's Devolution Beam on Dark Dragonite. The next turn, use Evolutionary Light and then Summon Minions. Keep doing this till you have all the Pokemon you need.
