Hi, it's Dragon Master. This is the last deck I'm
building around a Pokémon for awhile, so I saved the best for last.
How many of you still like Grass? Grass has declined in
play since Water started to decline. Well, Grass has one answer. And that is
Rocket's Scyther.
I know, Rocket's Scyther isn't as good as the Jungle
version, but nonetheless, it's Grass's answer. Rocket's Scyther is a terrifying
combination of offense and defense all in one Pokémon. Shadow Images means that
they'll have a really hard time hitting Rocket's Scyther and to top that all
off, Blinding Scythe works with Double Colorless Energy to dish 40 damage on
turn 2. This means while you leave your opponent throwing failed punches and
embarrassing him/herself, you'll be getting every punch in there.

The goal of this deck is to get Rocket's Scyther out to
get a wonderful blend of both offense and defense, and use Pokémon with the same
trick, like Chansey.
Rocket's Scyther is the main Pokémon. Shadow Images
makes it incredibly difficult to damage him and then on turn 2, he can use
Blinding Scythe to cut opponents to pieces while he stays unharmed. Chansey uses
the Steel Chansey method. It uses Scrunch on turn 1 and then after you attach a
couple of Metal Energy, it Double-Edges for 60 and only takes 40, which can be
Gold Berried away. It's a massive combination of offense and defense. Cleffa
replenishes your hand, Jungle Scyther uses Slash for 30 on turn 2 for any
Energy, and then the occasional Swords Dance gives you a big hit. The Neo
Discovery Scyther uses Fury Cutter to average 40 per turn, but then it can also
do up to 90 on turn 2, which is brutal. Igglybuff defeats Trainer
disruption.
Professor Oak, Computer Search, Item Finder, Gold Berry,
Gust of Wind, Lass, Super Energy Removal, and Energy Charge are there for the
same reasons as before. Focus Band helps save a Pokémon from the terrible fate
given to it by an opponent. Super Energy Retrieval allows us to run 8 Grass
Energy safely. Chaos Gym is there to frustrate opponents and use their own
Trainers against them late game while you destroy. Narrow Gym is there as a
Gym-counterer and an anti-Wiggly. Nightly Garbage Run restores your
library.
Grass Energy powers the Scythers and Rocket's Scyther.
Double Colorless and Metal are there for Chansey.
Follow the same rules as before for e-mail submissions,
and if you liked this deck, don't miss my next deck, Denial of Denial.
