I totally agree with you PoJo and water types definitely rule! I bet many will say Blastoise or Feraligtr are the best Water types but I will actually present what i beleive are the best water types that are not inluding Blastoise and Feraligatr.

I love the idea of a card that uses another energy other than its own. Dk. Golduck is a great example and is one of my favourites. Third eye is a good solid attack which is great for drawing power. 1 point. It's second attack is the same as Kadabras so there is not much of a special 2nd attack, although it is soild. 1 1/2 points. HP is horrible as all rocket cards are. Retreat Cost is also bad. An ok combo is with obviously dark energy but is not the most inventive. 2 Points.

This card is a mini version of Gyarados and has a good solid first attack. 1 point. It's second attack is absolutely a waste of energy so that is enough said. It's HP is good at a solid 80. 2 points. retreat cost is horrible and I can'treally think of a card that combo's well with this card.

This card is a Haymaker-like evolution that definately rocks. The first attack, Tail Snap is a nice and easy 20 damage for 1 [W]which is 1 point towards a final score. Its second attack is great for late game matches and good flippers. The possibility of 90 damage for 3 [W] is a great attack, that goes towards another point. The HPis not the best. retreat Coast is ok also but not the best, until the Cerulean gym is combo'ed with it making it have a 0 retreat cost. Another point:

Although I never ever use him I personally beleive he is a great card to combo with TRT (team rocket's trap). The idea of seeing the cards you're getting rid of is very iseful. 1 1/2 points for combo. The power is good. 2 1/2Points. The second attack is a normal water gun, no special treatment. The retreat is fair as it's a stage 1 evo. 3 1/2 points. HP is horrible.

I love this card as it is my totally rad mad etc favourite. His first attack for those decks in modified tourneys where only Rocket on is allowed. 1 point. His second attack will actually earn him 1 and 1/2 points as it is actually very nice. It's power to actually make the attack do 60 for 3 energy is good and with the addition of energy there will be more fun, although you need to be a luck flipper. 2 1/2 points. His HP is good and solid. 3 1/2. The Retreat cost in my oppinion should be 1 instead of 2 so that Retreat is no apple pie. A card to combo with is water energy as it is definately a need for it's second attack. 4 1/2 points.
