does 60 for 5 water energy and has awesome pokemon power. team up with dark blastoise

3-dark blastoise
does a positive 70 for 4 water energy and with the other attack he can do 40 and you're also protected   

2-kabutops
get three energy on him and he can do up to 120

1-politoed
combine with any poli---- and this poli does a guarrente of 40+
