5 - Wooper          Wooper can stall with amnesia . resistance to electric makes zappy( ZAPDOS)dead.

4  Gyarados      The reason why Gyarados  came in  4th is  because   Magikarp is just plain  "bad" 100 HP is still good and 3 for 50 damage is always  good

3 Dewgong        Seel is  more decent than Magikarp that's why it came in 3

2  Feraligatr

blastoise will be and always be no. 1           it's ability to  play as many energy ( WATER energy) a turn is great
Feraligtr didn't come in first because Blastoise can power up Misty's Poliwhirl for major damage and  it can do 6 damage on turn 2 making the all time no. 1  Water pokemon
