Wizards is greedy. Period. Base Set 2 not good enough? Then try this:

Every single pack of Japanese Jungle, Fossil, Team Rocket, Neo, and Neo2
cards contains a holofoil. Yes, every single one. (In addition, all Neos
contain a non holofoil rare card - good luck ever seeing something like that
here!).

There is no such thing as a first edition Japanese card. None of them are
first edition.

The non-holofoil rares in the same deck are just bad. If I stretch my
imagination, I can say that some people who get the holofoils may feel a
little better or luckier or something. The first edition is just a stamp.
Someone honestly say that those two things aren't for money.

Card banning- why? Why ban cards that were made for play? Wouldn't it be
easier to either not make these cards or to make counters to these cards?
Commemorative cards (jumbos, etc) are one thing, but this isn't.

And the infamous Proposition 15. Trainer cards are one thing, but then there
are pseudo-pokemon, stadium, and soon item cards! Prop 15 leaves not very
much room to deal with these. Yeah, few people play mysterious fossil and
Clefairy doll, and most of the items are trainers attached to pokemon, but
the amount of different trainers isn't decreasing. The fossil pokemon may go
extinct. Again.
