Hi,
    These are the cards (in my opinion) that are the top 10 cards and if you
build a deck of that type should include.

10) Scyther-Scyther is a great basic grass pokemon with colorless attacks and
at least 2 should be used in most decks.

9) Erika's Clefable-Has a great first attack that is a good combo with a
Chansey.

8) Chansey-Great staller with great HP.And when you get your bench full and
powered up Double-Edge for a kill.

7) Gengar-Cool Pokemon power with a pretty good more that will help take out
the opponents Bench

6) Fossil Haunter-Awesome Pokemon Power.With a few good flips he can stay in
just about the whole game.

5) Alakazam-What can I say.Killer Pokemon power and a descent attack that can
cause paralysis.Watch out for gust of wind!

4) Dragonair-One of my favorite decks is an energy removal deck.I love his
second attack.I may not deel good damage but it rules.

3) Nidoking-Da bomb attack (Toxic).Mr. Mime killer.

2)Promo Venusaur/Venusaur-Promo Venusaurs attack is great.His Pokemon power
rules if your using a Wiggly.Venusaurs Energy Trans is awesome and his attack
does 60 damage!

1) Wigglytuff-What can i say about doing 60 damage on turn two.Wiggly is my
favorite type of deck to play.My Wiggly deck has only lost once.By the way, I
don't like the rumors about Prop 15 and Prop 2T.I will kill my deck.

There you have it my top 10 rares that should be used in a deck.
