Lv.15. Here's it's statis:

Weed Pokemon Length 1'8", Weight 12 lbs.

Pokemon Power: Photosynthesis : All Energy cards attached to Erika's Oddish
provide G energy instead of their usual type. This power even works while
Erika's Oddish is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

GG- Poisonpowder  20     Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now
poisoned.

First off its power is just like Charizard only Erika's Oddish's power works
WHILE it is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed. Also a decent 20 damage and a
chance of poison.
Now here's a trick. Say like you wanna Pro. Oak your hand and all you have
is energy.
All you do is add them to Erika's Oddish. Add all different kinds of energy.
Now If A Venasaur in play you can move that energy to another pokemon. Ex.
You add a double colerless energy to Erika's Oddish and you wanted to move
it to another Pokemon say like Chansey. Use Venasuar Power to move the
Double Colorless Energy (It is considered a grass energy thanks to Erika's
Oddish power) and move it Chansey. With this combo you can move any type of
energy with Venasaur power and Erika's Oddish.
