I'm sick of being mocked for playing this "pointless" stadium card, but it does have its uses.  And a very good use.

Narrow Gym (Stadium Card)  This card stays in play when you play it.  Discard this card if another stadium card comes into play.

No player may have more than 4 Pokemon on his or her bench.  When this card is played, if a player has 5 Pokemon on his or her bench, that player chooses 1 of them and returns it all all cards attached to his or her hand.  (If both players have to return a Pokemon, your opponent returns a Pokemon first.)

Then, before it even got a chance, in the March 2000 issue of Pojo, they gave it a rating og 1 out of 5.  Stating and I quote, "Almost completely worthless.  This card will work, only slightly, against Wigglytuff decks.  Keep it in the binder."

That's the party line being tossed around.  But it's not meant to be used that way.  At least how I think.

Use 1:  Super Scoop Up.  Return that Damaged pokemon, and all of those cards, to your hand.  Nice bonus, but this card will be used this way VERY rarely.

Use 2:  My main use?  Stadium Disruption!  If you have no use for Stadium cards, put two of these in your deck.  Stadiums can set the pace.  Why let your opponent decide how the game whould be played?  He puts out any Stadium, counter it with Narrow Gym.

Why two?  Not too many people around my parts run more than one Gym card.  So, to counter your Narrow, they'll have to burn an Item Finder, while you won't.
