Sorry guys, I hit send last time and I forgot to include my deck on Brock's Rhyhorn. Anyway, it's Dragon Master.
As I discussed before, while Gligar seems like the better option, Brock's Rhyhorn is one of the strongest cards I've seen thus far that could really change the game for us. Those of you who don't like the Lightning and Colorless Pokémon that I mentioned, I have your answer.

The goal of this deck is to use Brock's Rhyhorn to your advantage against Lightning and Colorless bullies, hence the name. Brock's Rhyhorn is good against these two types, and here's how. Its 60 HP is really high already, and Horn Toss is a solid 20-for-Double Colorless, and at the same time, it provides the ever-so-annoying Whirlwind effect, which leads to chaos when you use it(you should have a planned strategy already, which is why I included the single Focus Band, so that if you ran into a surprise, you were prepared). Lightning Resistance gives him defense against Rocket's Zapdos and Electabuzz, and with only a two retreat, he's able to run away when required. Weakness to Grass is a problem, but with so many Fire decks out there, don't look for this to be a problem. Take Down is a finishing attack, but the deck isn't made to rely on it constantly, so only use it when deemed appropriate.
Brock's Rhyhorn is the keystone to the deck design. Horn Toss keeps opponents at bay while you spread damage around until Take Down finishes the adversary later. Since the deck is mostly built to use Horn Toss, there are other Pokémon that can assist Brock's Rhyhorn in his reign of terror. The first is Sneasel. Sneasel is still one of the strongest cards out there, but the uprising of Clefable, Team Rocket's Meowth, Wigglytuff, and Erika's Jigglypuff, as well as Chansey, Sneasel needs serious help. Brock's Rhyhorn can give it that help. Those Colorless nasties won't have a chance against Brock's Rhyhorn's strength. Umbreon is also worthy of stopping the one card that really helps shut down a Lass strategy, Cleffa. Umbreon's Feint Attack wipes out Cleffa and Igglybuff. The Magby seems out of place, but it's useful against Slowking. Brock's Rhyhorn also kills Electabuzz and while it needs Pewter City Gym to kill Rocket's Zapdos, it can already resist its damage.
Professor Elm, Computer Search, and Item Finder are our card advantage cards. Pewter City Gym is there for Brock's Rhyhorn and No Removal Gym stops ER/SER. Gold Berry is needed to counteract Take Down's self-inflicting damage, Lass is our Trap card, Gust of Wind saves us from some of the Lightning and Colorless nasties, and Scoop Up saves a Pokémon hanging by the skin of its teeth. Nightly Garbage Run is our library restorer, and while Energy Charge is based on a coin flip, it helps get back everything else. Brock's Protection keeps Brock's Rhyhorn from suffering ER/SER while Pewter City Gym is in play, and Focus Band helps in case of a surprise.
Darkness and Rainbow are there for Sneasel and Umbreon. Double Colorless works on Brock's Rhyhorn, and the Fighting Energy are there for an occasional Take Down and Cleffa and Magby can use any of them, just be careful what you choose.
