I think Phil's 4 year ban is ridiculous to say the least. He admits he did wrong, and would accept REASONABLE consequences for his actions. DCI is really screwed up if they think they will allow this to continue past 1/2 year with all the negative feedback they will receive. If you "messed up the rating system" by drawing 3 cards on a bill, it would be absurd to get a 4 year suspension for it, especially if you are 13. If you mulliganed and showed your opponent your hand but realized you had a basic and he caught you, you wouldn't get a 4 year suspension for it. Being 15 myself I don't think DCI should even be ALLOWED to CONSIDER giving a 13 year old FOUR YEARS OF SUSPENSION. Heck, most crimes don't even give you 4 years in jail. Think about that.
