Try T-Wave>Sub or Body Slam. I've seen it work, and I've had it used against me. It works like you wouldn't believe.

I perfer Leech Seed>Synthesis to force them to switch. Also, HP:Ice or HP:Grass>Giga Drain and Sleep Powder>Psychic.

P.S How do you teach Scyther  Endure and Reversal?
