Today I look at a
Sandstorm-based Team using item clause.

Aerial Ace
Taunt > Aerial Ace. Tauntritar is one of the better sets you
could possibly use. You could also go with a set called
Tyraniboah. It consists of Substitute/Focus
Punch/Thunderbolt/Crunch, with a quiet Nature. The EVs for
it should be 252 HP with the rest spread through attack,
special attack, and some SDef.

Use Hidden Power: Ghost if
you can. Otherwise, use Aerial Ace for your last move.

You should use this guy in
Singles and Doubles. If you have access to FRLG or can
otherwise get it onto him, put Agility>Shadow Ball and only
only put 88 Speed EVs on him. Distribute the rest throughout
HP and Defense. He should be the guy using Leftovers, by the
way.
This team is pretty good. I suggest dropping Rayquazza for
Claydol, so you have a Rapid Spinner to take on Skarm and so
that you don't have to worry about having an Uber (People
usually shun the use of them).
