Pojo's Top 10 Anime

10. Orphen 1 and 2- You've got to love a series that looks good flashy. Laugh out loud moments, trippy spells, and great characters make this series a winner. Also, Orphen himself is a sort of parody of the traditional anime badass, not to mention his friends. Not to short, not to long, and tons of monster battles, this series only downsides are that some moments can leave you scratching your head and other just should not be there. Other then that, great show.

9. FLCL- What can I say, I'm a big fan of randomness, especially if it has deep sexual overtones. To short though, mabey should have a movie done. Love it's parodies of Japanese life, right down to the Lupin parody in episode 5. Also, good American dubbing.

8. A Vision of Escaflowne- Giant suits of armor are cool. Giants suits driven by great characters are even better. A bit long winded at times, this series makes up for it with great action. If your a mecha fan, at least take a peek at this.

7. The Original Gundam- Gorilla warfare rocks. This series may be a bit dated, buy it''s gritty portrail of war kicks some serious zaku ass. Also, Char gets my vote as best villian ever.

6. Bobobo-Bo-Bobo- I told you, randomnees rocks, especiall in this series when you don't know what the hell happens, but it makes you laugh anyway. Outlandish characters, kooky plot twists, and, oh yes, Jelly Jiggler, make this at least worth a glance. If your only interested in anime that is very deep, stay away from this.

5. Cowboy Bebop/Gungrave- Two at the same spot? Well, the reason is that I think both of these shows match eachother in were they shine, style baby. Flashy, fun, and with great music, these two are highly recomended. (Buy the Bebop soundtrack, it ROCKS!)

4. Trigun- The best tansitional series, and one of the best dubbed. Goes from comedy to drama, to mystery while keeping it's viewers glued.

3. Hellsing- A great action series with more taglines then Dirty Harry. Just too short. Also, I think the anime version is WAAAAYYY better then the OVA because it does it's best to be different, something not seen to much in anime now a days.

2. Akira- You don't see this on top 10 lists for nothing. The film that got the ball rolling for anime in America.

1. Evangelion- Number one with a bullet, and a plot that puts most psychological thrillers to shame. My number one, BOYAH!
