I think I’ve said this before, but it’s worth saying again: there are an awful lot of cards around now that basically use the graveyard as a second hand. If that’s what you like to do, then Araumi is a pretty strong addition to that stable. While the encore ability works in 1v1 games, it’s optimized for multiplayer, and I suspect Araumi might be best saved for those settings, where the number of tokens and sheer amount of damage done (plus any comes-into-play abilities or other triggers) will make her ability’s activation cost a good investment.
I’d also like to point out that the title “of the Dead Tide” is great for a viking-themed set. Good thing we’ve got one coming up!

Araumi of the Dead Tide is interesting, all things considered. She’s similar to Sedris, the Traitor King in that she lets you bring back your army one final time, though she does so through Commander Legends‘ new ability, encore. Getting it back once could be fun, but getting back one copy for each opponent has a lot of potential. It’s definitely limited, though, as she needs to tap and dump cards out of your graveyard to turn on the ability, and she’s very susceptible to graveyard hate as a result. This isn’t to say she’s useless; quite the opposite, actually, but she does ask for a lot of care to get her to work.
Constructed: 1.5 (too slow for Legacy, and too susceptible to disruption)
Casual: 4
Limited: 3.5
Multiplayer: 4
Commander: 4
