Next up we see Chazz’s ace Armed Dragon finally fuse with Jaden’s Neos to create Armed Neos.
Armed Neos is a Level 10 WIND Warrior Fusion with 3500 ATK and 3000 DEF. Good stats, WIND isn’t great, but Warrior is. Materials are E-HERO Neos and any Armed Dragon monster, so open to options, with probably Dark Armed Dragon being the best since it’ll be the only one a HERO Deck might be able to summon. It must be Fusion Summoned, just like any other HERO-related Fusion. Upon being Special Summoned, you can target a Dragon monster in your graveyard to destroy all monsters the opponent controls with an equal or lower Level than the target, so the Dark Armed Dragon suggested earlier would destroy Level 7 or lower monsters, or any Armed Dragon LV10 form would destory Level 10 or lower, which should cover most the monsters in the game and gives an incentive to run the bigger Armed Dragons, even if they’re bigger bricks. When this card destroys an opponent’s monster in battle, it gains a Quick Effect during either Main Phase to tribute itself in order for you to be able to summon any Elemental HERO Fusion from the Extra Deck, ignoring the summoning conditions. Neat way to mimic the Level-Up concept from the Armed Dragons. The best card to summon would probably be Cosmo Neos in order for you to be able to prevent the opponent from using effects for the rest of the turn. It’s a cute card, honestly. I don’t think it’s better than Rainbow Neos, but the 2 cards do completely different things. My personal choice is still Rainbow Neos, but I can understand if you go with Armed Neos instead.
