Sketch Whole
Wholes are interesting in that they have plenty of
different ways to be played. Back in the day, this
guy was pretty insane. The +4 on Ichiwhole was a
huge threat, and he could boost your Dejected Whole
once he was back in your hand. Nowadays, he costs
too much for his effect. A cool combo you could do
with him is to bounce him and then drop him with
Fiery Ruins, but that's about it.
Competitive - 2/5 - Wholes can be good, there are
better cards, though.
Casual - 3/5 - Wholes are better here, he isn't much
better though.

Sketch Whole - Good Soul
Today we have Sketch whole, one of the
damage-dealing wholes.
Sketch whole is basically a "whole deck-only" card,
since he is rather costly, his stats aren't very
good, and his effect only works on wholes. Even so
he is one of my favorite wholes.
His 6 cost is pretty high, meaning you can play him
T3, which if pretty late for a character with its
highest stat being 4. Although this is true, Sketch
Whole can be put into a few interesting combos that
work because of its effect. Since the cost of his
effect is to return him to your hand you can do many
different things to him, just to bounce him later.
For example: Using the Byakuya guardian when you
have Senbonzakura Kageyoshi attached you can play
him, give him aggressive, attack, then use his
effect on another whole. This allows you to get a
good 8 damage out of him the turn he is played and
you don't have to worry about him being discarded at
the end of the turn.
