What's up, you guys?! It's Tuesday, and it's time to
do another Card of the Day with the cards from Set 11!
Today, we have the newest ace of the Angel Feathers...
Solidify Celestial, Zerachiel
Power: 11000
Grade 3
Clan: Angel Feather
Race: Angel
[CONT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you
have four or more damage):During your turn, if you have
a face up card named "Solidify Celestial, Zerachiel" in
your damage zone, all of your units with "Celestial" in
its card name get [Power]+3000.
[ACT](VC):[Counter Blast (2)-card with "Celestial" in
its card name] This unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of
turn.
[CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same
clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)
...so this is the Celestial legion's best (current)
exclusive unit. In a sense, her Limit Break is extremely
similar to Arboros Dragon, Sephirot's skill on how it
can essentially give a majority of your field a +3,000
boost if certain conditions apply. In this case, since
Angel Feathers are so good at manipulating their Damage
Zone, should you manipulate it correctly and get a copy
of Zerachiel into the Damage Zone, then all Celestial
units on your field gain the point boost. This can be
extremely devastating as this can make almost every unit
you use be anywhere from 10,000-14,000 not including the
Break Ride or Drive Checks! If there is a downside to
this is that if you get a Heal Trigger that is
successful and puts you back at 3 Damage, then since
Zerachiel's Limit Break is a CONT effect, it'll
automatically be disabled, and you'll essentially lose a
nice power buff even with the +5,000, but even with
that, I still feel that Celestials have the potential to
make a nice impact in the following Nationals season.
