Saikyo Cardfighter R	Omniscience Regalia Minerva   Oh dearie me. The original nuke in a REALLY nice robe for Genesis, it's Minerva. Now, I have to revise my original opinion for this one as well, if only because I've had to have this thing shoved in my face at locals so many damn times.   I got about 50:50 results with Descendant, but fully aware these people are not me and I/they may be missing a trick, I used the test function in a Vanguard sim I know (that shall remain nameless since I don't want it shut down), and ran some numbers, and quickly discovered this. Minerva actually is better than Descendant, even taking the Superior Ride option into account.   The lack of flexibility really hurt since Descendant couldn't follow up on any hard damage, and the fact that Minerva was repeatable while still shooting for good numbers pretty much did it in. And, hell, she's got the 13k defense going for it.   Unfortunately I am not rich enough to get a start on it after failing to nip it in the bud in BT10, so I just decided to look to the new set and build Seekers instead.   All I can say is if you DID get everything you needed for her deck, good for you. And good news, Nyx sucks. So you can still use her as a good anti-sack engine if you don't get CEO.   5/5
Nanya	Omniscience Regalia Minerva   This should have been CEO Yggy.  This isn't even the best restander in the game, though she's really close, the only thing keeping her from going to the top is, well, the support that Regalia has, while it's a lot better, it doesn't compare to the Kagero support that the Overlords get.   I guess if you don't have CEO Yggy, you should be running Minerva in a Genesis deck.  Seriously, there's no competition other than those two for the deck.  Yggy makes it so your opponent can't guard with a perfect guard and can end the game at 3 damage while Minerva here restands for massive damage.   I...  Dunno what else to say about this, I think I was here when we reviewed this one, if I was, go refer to that review.   Rating: 4/5   Bonus list time!   My top 10 restanding Vanguards that are out right now!   No, Raging Form Dragon does not restand, it Persona Rides.   #10 Duo Temptation, Reit #9 Stern Blaukluger (has to hit the Vanguard, but can restand more than once) #8 Spectral Duke Dragon (hit or don't hit, restand anyway, first to do so) #7 Galaxy Blaukluger (anything hits, restand!) #6 Deadliest Beast Diety, Ethics Buster Яeverse (the Cross-Break ride turn is so hard to survive) #5 Eradicator, Dragonic Descendant (I hit or I restand, your choice) #4 Blue Wave Dragon, Tetra Drive Dragon (combined with the break ride is just stupid and dumb) #3 Omniscience Regalia Minerva #2 Dragonic Overlord the Яe-Birth (crushing finisher) #1 Dragonic Overlord the End (simply the best)
