What's up, Яogue Squad?! So it's about time we talk
about some accursed cards, and what better card to start
with than with yesterday's dark half?
Maiden of Venus Trap "Яeverse"
Power: 11000
Grade 3
Clan: Neo Nectar
Race: Bioroid
[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you
have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (1) & Choose
one of your «Neo Nectar» rear-guards, and lock it] Look
at up to five cards from the top of your deck, search
for up to one «Neo Nectar» from among them, call it to
(RC), shuffle your deck, and that unit gets [Power]+5000
until end of turn. (The locked card is turned face down,
and cannot do anything. It turns face up at the end of
the owner's turn.)
[ACT](VC):[Counter Blast (1)] This unit gets
[Power]+2000 until end of turn.
[CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same
clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)
...is it odd on how the Яeverse version is actually
superior than it's good half counterpart? Normally,
Яeverse units have either restricting or just overall
inferior effects, but in this case, this makes using her
Limit Break a LOT easier seeing how you aren't
restricted to 1.) doing it only once, 2.) forced to call
out a copy of a card that's currently already out on the
field and 3.) not getting any extra bonuses for the
called unit. For Venus R, this makes field setup air
easier to do as you're able to call anything with a
5,000 boost. The only drawback I can think of for this
card is that you have to Lock a unit, but aside from
that, this is definitely a pretty cool card to tech in,
so don't go knocking on this card THAT quickly...*looks
down*...hold up, there's two of y'all now-

Next Time: Two to pass? Might wanna recount those
numbers...

Maiden of Venus Trap "Reverse"
...That's really not much better, I'm afraid. The only
difference compared to muse is her Limit Break: It's an
ACT that for CB1 and locking a rear-guard, summons a
unit from the top 5 cards of the deck, and then granting
it 5k.
Since this is basically like Luquier Reverse, I'm going
to apply the same arguments here. Just look at that,
replace Luquier's name with Venus Reverse, and you'll
have my opinion on this thing. tl;dr: Inverted +0 from
locking and opponent saving shield is the suck and
Bushiroad should feel bad for shafting a minor clan yet
again.
Until we get a Dindrane clone. Seriously that has to be
a thing soon.

Maiden of Venus Trap "Reverse"
Hoo boy, here we go. This card basically trumps
yesterday's card in every which way possible. What's up
with that? I thought Reverse weren't supposed to be
that much better than the unit that they're reversed
from... Oh, wait, yesterday's card is what happens
after she got freed from the Reverse.
...Huh.
Anyway, similar skills to yesterday's card, but with
five key differences.
1: You need to lock one unit.
2: You do it before you attack.
3: You can get any unit, not just one you have on the
field ahead of time.
4: The newly called unit gets +5000 until the end of the
turn.
5: You can use the effect more than once.
Overall, this card is a lot better than its non-Reversed
self. Much like Cocytus Reverse, you might sacrifice a
booster to call a new unit out, but at least the new
unit gets a power up to make up for it.
Only major downside is that it's not a crossride of the
non-Reversed version.
