What's up, you guys?!  So we're back on our Aqua Force streak as today, we're looking at another Aqua Force Trial Deck card: Kay Anchor, Dabid Power: 10000 Grade 3 Clan: Aqua Force Race: Aquaroid [AUTO](VC/RC):[Counter Blast (1)] When this unit attacks, you may pay the cost. If you do, this unit gets [Power]+3000 until the end of that battle. ...I think this is the pure definition of "outdated".  Dabid, in Lamen's terms, is a Bors clone, so basically, 10,000 Power with an effect to gain 3,000 Power when he attacks by Counterblasting.  Back then, when Aqua Force was only the Trial Decks, this was *probably* used (a HUGE emphasis on probably), but now that Diamantes and Benedict are out to take over those rear-guard Grade 3 spots, Dabid is put on the wayside, and honestly, for good reason.  Much like the Fool from yesterday, here's a *small* list of cards that are prefered over Dabid...emphasis on small: Blue Flight Dragon, Trans-core Dragon (Break Ride) Blue Storm Dragon, Maelstrom (Overall better) Blue Storm Supreme Dragon, Glory Maelstrom (Overall better) Distant Sea Advisor, Vassilis (can increase the speed of the deck) Hydro Hurricane Dragon (Already will be at 13,000 when attacking and can threaten the opponent's field) Last Card, Revonn (Extra Critical never hurts) Navalgazer Dragon (It at least has a Limit Break) Storm Rider, Diamantes (Essential in almost every Aqua Force build) Storm Rider, Lysander (If you don't have Diamantes for some stupid reason) Thundering Ripple, Genovious (Its Limit Break alone trumps this) Tri-stinger Dragon (Yes, that $0.75 card from Ideal is better than this!) Water General of Wave-like Spirals, Benedict (If you don't like Diamantes or Lysander) ...basically, unlike Fools Palm, where he's at least good as a tech, Dabid just isn't good at all.  Most Aqua Force players need to retain their Counterblast for Maelstrom or Revonn, and unless you have Theo boosting Dabid, there's really no point at all to use the effect anyway. Just don't use Dabid...and if you're thinking about it-DON'T!!! Rating: 1/5 Art: 1/5 Next Time: Attack on Titan...what?
