Super Cosmic Hero, X-tiger
So we have our first probably good G-Unit for Wednesday.
X-Tiger has probably some of the steepest power
requirements I've seen all day. Requiring that your
Vanguard be a whopping 45k power upon hitting the
vanguard to gain +1 Critical. Sure, he can flip a G-Unit
face-up in the G-Zone on attack to get 4k for every one,
but odds are you're going to need quite a fair amount of
help.
Note: His skill to gain Crit is part of the same skill
as his flip-G skill. After flipping, it checks if the
power is 45k+. If not, we move on. So trying to gain the
extra Crit from triggers won't help, despite it saying
"until end of battle".
On Striding over something like Grand Gallop, he'll be
30k. Throw in a 7k (average power of a G1 in a Cosmic
Hero deck), boost and his own skill, that's 41k.
Basically requiring you throw in a Grandwagon or some
other card to make up the 4k needed to make 45k.
Until it meets a PG to the face like some other on-hit
G-units I can name. That's basically it's biggest flaw;
you're paying a cost to pump up this guy, and the
investment will not pay off unless you hit or the
opponent minuses heavily to not die. You're losing out
if the opponent doesn't spend more resources than you
blocking. Unlike something like Chronoscommand for Gear
Chronicle which asks nothing extra.
Its saving grace is that it's reasonably easy to set up,
which is the best thing going for it. But it's not a
card you can really play willy-nilly unless you're good
at using information.

Super Cosmic Hero, X-Tiger
Apparently X-Tiger here is from the distant future,
summoned by Grand Gallop to help fight against the evils
facing the present.
Seriously, Link Joker, did you HAVE to summon Maelstrom
Reverse to the present? Look at what you've done!
An alternate timeline, warriors from the far past, the
ancient past, the future, the far future and beyond the
far future are all here now because of what you did.
I hope you're happy!
Anyway, X-Tiger lets you flip up any unit in your G-Deck
to gain +4000 power for each face-up unit in your G-zone
until the end of the turn and if the power hits 45000 or
more, it gets +1 critical.
You know how it goes, Vanguards that gain crits suck
stamp applies here. In order to get the +1
critical, you would need to ride on Grand Gallop, have
to Stride once before, and have a 7K booster to get it.
Okay, so it's not THAT hard, but if all it does is gain
crit, well, sorry, but X-Tiger, you're really not that
good, why are you the RRR? Tomorrow's card is way
more deserving of being a RRR than you are.
I'd rather use Omega over X-Tiger. Only thing good
about X-Tiger is that it makes the GB2 skills go off
earlier.
