Ancient Dragon, Babysaurus
Ancient Dragon's newest starter ends the week. When the
Vanguard is in Legion and he retires during your Battle
Phase, you Counterblast 1 and he instantly replaces
himself with a unit that shares the same name as one of
your Vanguards.
So basically, he's here to pay an extra Counterblast to
ensure you have a live Tyrannoquake. As long as you have
a Dinocrowd or some other on-attack retire-er.
Apart from that, there isn't much for this thing to do
other than set up what is a worse Alfred Exiv. (You may
often hear me refer to that card every time I review
cards like this, see my latest article explaining why if
you haven't done so already).
New Ancient Dragons don't solve the problems of old
Ancient Dragons. Give these a miss unless you're on a
budget or like dinosaurs more than is emotionally
healthy.

Aww! It's so cute! It's basically
Tyrannoquake's best friend, seeing as you can eat it
with Knightarmor and go get Tyrannobite and then
Tyrannoquake gets +10000/+1 critical.
Hmm... That's about all it really needs to do, I
guess. ...Plus it laughs at Narukami and Kagero retire
abilities, seeing as it just replaces itself with
something better.
Blaster Dark Abyss makes this unit cry though.
