Carapace Mutant Deity, Machining Destroyer
I saved the best for last. Machining Destroyer is the
absolute god of all things and Stride's worst enemy.
With a Machining as the heart, you Counterblast 1
Machining to paralyze a rear-guard. Then if you have at
least 4 Machining rear-guards, the opposing Vanguard
ALSO cannot stand next turn.
Sort of suffers consistency issues until October since
the number of available Machinings, particularly in the
Trigger department isn't brilliant (and no, running that
16 copy Stand Trigger does NOT justify this), but to be
honest, even with what little we have you should still
be able to get the skill off enough times to basically
catch up quite well in terms of card advantage. Its
dependency on rear-guards also means hate decks like
Kagero can slow it down slightly but since it's so good
at trolling and defeating the rest of the riff-raff I
would still recommend the deck itself to people who
didn't feel like mainstream because it eats through
enemy Stride fodder until they physically can't do it
anymore.
Can be a little on and off depending on what goes into
damage and how much rear-guards you can gather but not
enough to worry about, especially in October. Play this
and just make the opponent angrier and angrier, like the
bastard you are.

Carapace Mutant Deity, Machining Destroyer
Hoo boy, a Megacolony stride that needs Machining as the
heart?
So, 1 especial Counter Blast to stun one rear guard and
if you have four or more Machining rear guards, stun the
Vanguard as well?
...Yeah, that's not stupid at all, is it?!
So, for the lore, apparently, the Megacolony refuse to
work with the Gear Chronicle clan and lack the technique
to use Stride, so they should go insane when they use
the power of Stride.
But, they don't, because they implanted a chip into each
member of the Machining Mafia (Well, the entire clan
refused) that prevents anyone in the clan from betraying
them. It also doubles as an effective way to
control Stride. Go figure!
Um, yeah, this is a pretty powerful stride, just
remember, you can't stun a vanguard or rear guard that
has Resist on it.
Also, if your Vanguard is stunned, you can't use Legion
or Stride to stand your Vanguard back up.

See you next week, folks!
