Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Dragonic Overlord "The
Ace"
I pre-ordered 4 when their price was half of what it is
currently, suck it.
Probably my favourite card from here, Dragonic Overlord
"The Ace", rather unusually, doesn't need anything
specific as a heart. Instead, as an ACT skill, you CB2
and G Persona Blast, and then if you have 2 face-up G
Units, he loses 1 Drive Check for the turn, but after
attacking the Vanguard, once per turn, you toss 2 cards
from the hand (one of which must be an Overlord card)
and he stands. Oh, and he gains 5k too.
Of course I don't let emotion get in the way of my
reviews so how does he stack up? Well, lots of people
will basically compare him to Victoplasma, who has
basically the same skill and similar requirements. And
then they'll say Victoplasma's better owing to not
having a restriction on what can be pitched and what
can't.
Okay fine, SHED DOTA (I'll admit the acronym's slightly
funny) has stricter requirements but it should hardly be
called a deal-breaker. He's basically the best finisher
The X decks have and that's already decently heavy on
Overlords as it is.
The trick is never to show you don't have an Overlord to
pitch. Just do it. As long as it can't be quickly
exposed as a lie, anyway. Seriously, the number of games
I have bluffed my way through with this when the
opponent would otherwise be able to block everything
is...
Come July when G Booster 3 is out I wouldn't say it's a
4 of because of how specific his timing needs to be, but
it probably won't stop The X players from not using
this.

Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Dragonic Overlord
"The Ace"
So, Overlord The Ace, huh? A stride that needs an
"Overlord" in the Heart to work.
According to the Lore, The Ace is from an alternate
future timeline, yes, another future timeline, where he
took over Cray completely.
...Sheesh, I knew that the Great became as powerful as
he did because no one kept him in check, I guess this is
what happens when the Great's power and the ambition of
the Eternal Flame rends the world into ashes. I
mean, really, Overlord, do you NEED to take over the
world?
CB2 and Persona flip and if you have two or more face-up
in the G-zone, this unit becomes Victoplasma, save that
you need to discard an Overlord as one of the two cards
to make it restand.
For more info, go look at my review of Victoplasma, my
view on this hasn't changed, but, good on Bushiroad for
at least balancing this.
But the picture is awesome at least.
