Abridged review: Nothing technically wrong with it as
long as Silent Tom is allowed in decks and he needs to
be drawn.

At #10 is the Oracle Break Stride. Yeah, we should
have seen this one coming on this list. It
re-invented Oracles and allowed them to go from bottom
tier back to near top. Heck, this made Tsukiyomi
viable again. How many cards can say that?
Granted, this has to be combined with the Strides and
the Tsukiyomi support to make full use of the stack, but
it's still good.
Over-all, my opinion hasn't changed, it makes Oracles
good again, and there's nothing wrong with that.
