My locals spam this guy to no fucking end. Scourge Point
Dragon's ability activates when a unit is called from
the deck, powering up that unit and Scourge Point by 5k
until end of the turn.
Of course for maximum output, you're using this in
Gurguit decks since that's the one most likely to chain
calls every turn. Column games are as good as any I
suppose, which would certainly be useful if Gold Paladin
had any way to follow it up with a worse finisher
afterwards. But instead they got fucking Spearcross
Dragon. So unless you hit a Fhamgal and start a chain
that way, it's not something to go out your way to
exclusively rely on, since Gurguit and Pwyll can net
about 2? So two columns gain 5k while Scourge Point
remains at PG or NG territory anyway. Best that can be
said is that column forming is at least probably easier
than Pretty Cat.
Basically, don't take the whole locals spamming this guy
thing as an indication of skill. I am fully aware they
don't know that much.

More of the "My name is Hugh Mann and I'm a Human" card
names. Because that makes a lot of sense!
And this one doesn't even have a built-in ability to
make its ability work! For crying out loud!
I mean, at least Liberators have Aglovale, which would
make this work, but COME ON! It's really bad when
something has the potential to be good needs an outside
source, urgh.
At least it works well with Gurguit. ...And that's
about it?
I like my strides to do something without needing extra
help to do it, thank you very much.

Today's card is GP's generic Stride from FC, Scourge
Point Dragon. Whenever an RG is called from the deck,
this card and the called card get +5k until end of
turn.
Pretty good. Because of this card there's actually a use
of running so many superior callers- to be able to scale
for 21k+ columns. An example would be call a Pwyll with
Gurguit, call a Fahmgal or something with Pwyll, and
call something else. This will end up decently powerful
with enough cards chained. There are numerous weaknesses
to this strategy though. While it's power gain decent,
it's not on the level of finishing consistency of other
Strides like Lambros or Conquest, due to needing certain
units. It's also only usable in Gurguit because the
other GP G3s don't have as many superior callers.
A decent card, but held back the lack of a good
follow-up as well as few options in its own clan which
can utilize it.
Rating: 3.5/5
Art: 2/5 The pose looks somewhat awkward to me, like the
head is too small or the feet are too big.
Card Design: 4/5 A nice, offensive way to use superior
calling is good design.
