Psychic of Storm, Rigil
You didn't even reprint Izaya this set, you dicks.
Anyway. Rigil performs Legion with Izaya, and as a
reward, when he attacks, you Counterblast 2 to retire
two of the opponent's rear-guards as long as you have at
least 10 cards in the soul. At least 15 and you get to
retire THREE. As a normal skill, you can also Soulblast
a card on your Vanguard circle once per turn to
Soulcharge 5.
Okay, I know what Doreen the Thruster would love to be
in. 15k all day. As for the Legion skill, 10 soul is
certainly doable, but without external support in the
form of archetypal cards, similar to Amon's, it has to
use slower Soulchargers to reap any rewards. That
usually involves making some odd choices such as Dream
Traveler to search an Izaya to Soulblast to Soulcharge
5.
Odds are, however, you'll hit 10 soul by the time it's
time to attack with him in Legion, and CB2 for a +2
minimum is certainly efficient enough. However, beware
the fact it's the only thing doing anything truly
proactive and it may not be enough to slow down RG
dependent decks entirely.
Just be grateful your fail-con uses the same Legion
partner. Gives you more room in the G2 department.

Well, a Type-2 Legion that lets Izaya join the ranks of
Blaster Blade Seeker, Aglovale, Asmodel, and Machining
Hornet MK II for having more than one Legion it's a part
of.
So, the non-Legion ability is...
...Persona Soul Blast (if in Legion, either Izaya or
Rigil works) to Soul Charge 5?! Sheesh!
What's the Legion ability?
CB2, on attack, if you have 10+ in soul, retire two of
your opponent's rear-guards, if it's 15+, retire three
instead.
...That's really solid. Not bad for a CB2 ability,
though you'll tear through your deck REALLY fast this
way. Oh well, for a Legion, it's not bad at all.
Plus it's a LOT cheaper than the House of Amon deck,
seeing as Amon himself is still pretty pricy. Grr!
