Supposed to be the new starter for Brave decks. So is it
useful, at least compared to the tried and tested Milius?
Well, this starting Vanguard's skill is Brave: you put
it in the soul to give a unit 5k and when the turn ends,
the targeted unit goes to your hand.
Well, it's okay, I suppose. Cards like Shyngal can hit a
bit harder with it, and I guess a -1 to add another 5k
shield knocked out the hand is a worthwhile investment
if it's Counterblast-free. Absolutely would not work in
any other deck but it does what it does well enough.
Although if someone was incredibly good at completely
dicking you over at every opportunity, pissing in the
water coolers at the office and turning the bog roll the
other way you wouldn't be comforted by that.

So, there's still a week or two before we get to the
good stuff, so let's cover some other cards while we
wait.
Stius here is a forerunner that has the Brave ability,
allowing you to pump a unit up and then bounce it back
to your hand. Needed to use a Perfect Guard for
extra boost? No more issues, it's back in your
hand and you swung for bigger numbers.
Not really that great, outside of Sentinel abuse, but
not horrible either.
As a starter... I guess it works?
Rating: 2.5/5 (Lots of Royal Paladin forerunners, this
one may get lost in the mix a bit, too bad Barcgal's
still banned as a starter)
