I swear I've seen this card before. Upon hitting the
Vanguard, CB1 and put this card into the soul to call
one of the top 3 cards of your deck to ear-guard circle.
...As much as I like the idea of pressure, I'd much
rather spring unite through more reliable means. Unless
G BT07 is pant-jizzingly good, the other one at least is
a Liberator and so name is golden.

So, this is basically the same thing as Citation
Liberator, Heli, just without having Liberator support
to back it up.
...Yeah, sorry, this week really does blow.
So, skip this one.
