Blaster Dark "Diablo"
I'm sort of glad we didn't review this when it first
came out, because I would have been pretty horrible to
it. As it stands, this just got better. Blaster Dark's
GB2 works if you intend to Stride into a Blaster G-Unit:
every card in your hand gets Grade +3. And if you Stride
into Phantom Blaster "Diablo", you retire a rear-guard
on the opponent's board.
Once we got Spectral Blaster Diablo this became a fine
backup to Vortimer. Or in some cases the primary ride.
What I enjoy about him over Vortimer is that with the
GB2 and something like Aurageyser Dragon, your hand is
never going to be entirely dead: anything can turn into
a Spectral or Phantom Blaster, whereas Vortimer still
requires playing by a conventional Stride-based build.
Even so, I'll admit Vortimer is still priority unless
your opponent is using something like Magia or Hollow.
At least he's searchable via Charon so it generates
Stride fodder if nothing else. Otherwise, use for the
more specific matchups and its name.

Blaster Dark "Diablo"
Didn't we already cover this card? Bah!
Okay, some things have changed, now there's Vortimer and
Spectral Blaster to work with this unit.
So, while it's not needed as the main card for the deck
anymore, it is still nice as a fail-con. At least
this makes for some easy striding if you need it.
Any other information, just refer to the original
review.
