Cosmos Pixy, Lizbeth
Limited to 1 in Japan. Apparently because infinite loop
potential. But why? Well, when another Lizbeth is
called, choose as many Lizbeths on RG circle as you
want, and they all gain a skill: an ACT that shuffles a
normal unit in the drop zone back to deck. I foyu do,
Lizbeth goes back to the deck, shuffles, then draws a
card.
Well, I'm sort of getting the logic behind this, but at
the same time I think it was perfectly reasonable to
keep this at 4 in English. There's a good reason for
that: Refros looping has relevance thanks to Nociel,
Nurse of Broken Heart, the Pegasus cards, Gavrail if you
didn't Stride, etc. Neo Nectar's cards that would want
to abuse this with are rather gimmicky in nature and too
specific, and for the most part not worth running over
more consistent options. (Maiden of Sweet Berry, Fruit
Basket Elf, I mean come on). Having said that it's
certainly an effective deck for time-wasters.
...So yeah go for it professionally if want to be a
legal asshole. Maybe you can get Bushi to see the light.

[Cosmos
Pixy, Lizbeth]
For starters: this is gonna get hit
like Refros if Neo Nectars start seeing more play in
non-Japanese formats.
So, we have another card that says
"what is Legion?" In Ahsha.dek, meeting the conditions
for this effect is easy, since there's a unit that can
take on this unit's name. The utility is nice, because
Ahsha.dek falls flat if there are no longer any
worthwhile units to clone onto the field.
Retire-oriented decks can't just outgrind Neo Nectar
until they have no more units left, because they can
easily put them back in the deck with not only Lizbeth,
but other cards as well.
Side note: run this at 4. Critical
triggers only give 5k to a rearguard, thus they can be
shrugged off easier due to G-Guards being a thing and
many decks just tend to draw more cards now. In a deck
like Ahsha's where your rearguards get obscene numbers,
what's easier to shrug off? A mere 5k to another column,
or restanding a unit that's gonna eat another 3
cards out the opponent's hand when they're at 4-5
damage?
