Death Star-vader,
Chaos Universe
Also intended
as a second Stride but functions well enough as a first
I guess. Chaos Universe requires a Chaos heart, but by
Counterblasting 1 and G Persona Blasting, the opponent
is forced to put a card from the hand to an open RG
circle of your choice as a locked card. Then if you have
2 or more face-up G Units in the G-Zone, lock one of the
opponent's back row cards.
So it's
primarily meant to work to expand on Chaos Breaker
Dragon's Limit Break to nuke field and draw cards.
Here's the thing: first of all, the first part states
"open" RG circle, so against a deck that quickly fills
field up this will only lose its potency over time. As
for the second part, it only locks back-row, so it can't
seal attacks from anything not named Battle Siren Stacia.
You'd have to combine it with something else. It's not
really helped by the lack of a good first Stride unless
you intend to go 4 Infinite Zero and 4 Chaos Breaker or
something. As far as second Strides go I'd rather have
Big Crunch Dragon
Not bad really,
but will be quickly overtaken by extreme aggro. Hence
why I main Kagero and Brawler Narukami. Because I'm a
monster. Use at 2 or something.

Oh look, Chaos Breaker Dragon came back.
Apparently unlike most of the Star-vaders, Chaos Breaker
Dragon was never dead, merely MIA. In an alternate
future, he apparently became this or created this in his
own image, not sure. But he did so because it's
funny.
Anyway, CB1, Persona Flip, Chaos Heart needed, opponent
locks a card from his or her hand into an open zone, so,
basically a worse version of Cold Death Dragon here.
At GB3 you can lock an unlocked rear guard.
Not bad, but...
Chaos Breaker Dragon, the game moved on from you, man.
You were decent, but most of your ability came from
Infinite Zero Dragon, you were just a nice finisher
since the game couldn't keep up with Infinite Zero
Dragon.
I dunno, I don't think it's that good, to be honest.
I suppose if you're still using Chaos Breaker Dragon,
use this, but otherwise, meh! The Legion-era Star-vaders
are better and Glendios is far better than Chaos
Breaker.
It's better than the Neon-Messiahs at least.
