If you do, choose a face up card from your bind zone, call it to (RC), and that unit gets [Power]+4000 until end of turn.

My god. His skill ISN'T GB1. Then again he doesn't need
to be, he's not that extraordinary. When a unit is sent
to the bottom of your opponent's deck during your turn,
you CB1 and move him to the soul to call a unit in your
bind zone to RG circle and give it 4k until end of turn.
Basically here to call any non-bound ZTB in a Demiurges
deck if you're so inclined or to get any card you bound
via Fang's on-ride skill, but apart from that, you'll be
wanting to keep Tigar as a booster.
Unless you intend to bind a card that offers free
blowjobs and pudding, he's going to be unnecessary. But
it beats something lame like Gunner Gear.
