Great Galactic Governor, Commander Laurel D
Sadly, no synergy in D-Robos or Metalborgs. It's Enigman
or Gallop if you want to use this. Laurel D's Burst
needs him to be at least 20k power. He then rests 4
rear-guards you control, gains an on-hit, Stand the
Vanguard skill, and if his power is 25k, he gains
another skill: if his attack fails to hit, Stand all of
your rear-guards.
He actually works as a decent first-Stride. He
has-on-hit pressure right off the bat and if they
actually have to let him hit, you're six cards up via
Drive Check. Sadly, there isn't a whole lot he can
combine with, for all the effort you're putting into
making this a regular G-Unit level of power (he's only
4k base after all unlike the usual 15k base). Rinka's
requirements of 35k for the skill that would make this
awesome is too steep. Just about the only thing I can
think of is when the opponent's on 5 damage, you call
over all the rested rear-guards, attack with them first
so Laurel can stand then all after he inevitably gets
blocked. But that's a big assumption.
On-hit pressure is nice. Don't get too fond of him
though.
