The episode starts with our heroes on their way to the pokemon reservation center where they'll return Larv to its birthplace.They see something in the sky and some pokemon comes and knocks out misty.Then it does'nt seem to move after that.It happens to be an Unown.Ash checks it on his Pokedex.Then misty tells them that it was separated from its friends.Brock and Ash are surprised.in the night.Brock tells Ash that Unown communicate with humans through telepaty(through mind).Then they look after the Unown.Ash thinks it would've been nice to have a Pokemon Center nearby.They find that Larv is taking good care of it.

Then in the morn Larv wakes everyone.And they see Unown awake and happy.T.R decide to steal unown.They say their dumb motto and are abt to capture Unown.But Larv comes in front of it.Ash tells Larvitar to use secret attack but wobbuffet uses counter.ANd then is rebounded on Larv but Unown uses some attack(t.r go flying )and merges with larv and then are heroes are not seen.only their things are seen.Then they happen to be on eggs(what look like Larvitar's eggs)and then they see a giant Pikachu and get terrified but it happens to be ash's pikachu only.Then TOgepi comes its also a giant but doesnt't realize it and tries to jump making our heroes terrified.Pikachu stops Togepi frm jumping.Then our heroes travel on pikachu and togepi and happen to meet a giant ELekid and a Slowking & a Magby(all the recent Pokemon they've seen.Then they see an egg with a thoen.

Brock tells them that they are in Larvitar's mind.Then they see a thorn in the egg ash wonders what it is and touches it and gets sucked.Misty tries to pull him with Brock but all three get sucked up.Pikachu and togepi follow too.togepi and Pikachu are reduced to their normal size.Then they see how Larv was separated from its mother and everything.Then they see larv stuggling in some vines and trying to come out of them.(they now know why Larvitar didn't like the world and did not trust humans)Then our heroes save it with the help of Pikachu's thunderbolt and are out of the egg and see the thorn dissappear.Brock tells them that the thorn dissappeared because Larvitar trusted them.Then they are back where their baggages are and then thank Unown.Unown's family comes and takes it and our heroes continue their journey.
