WOTC CHAT REPORT

Sorry about the late Chat Report this week; sometimes stuff just comes up. Anyway, in case you have not heard, due to the upcoming convention season, the last two remaining WOTC Pokemon Chats will be held on July 3rd and July 10th. The WOTC staff will be at Origins on June 26, July 17, and July 24.
Other than that, nothing major to report this week other than the fact that the "Best Of" promo in the July Battle Zone kits will be the last promo in the series, and some of the "Best Of" will not be available in a non-Winner-stamped format (but they would not confirm which ones, grrrr).

If I had a wish list for Origin/Gen
Con, it would include a Pack and ship company like UPS or whatever
so we could put some of our stuff in a box and send it home. Is
there one nearby open on the weekend. Or is this somewhat
possible?
master_trainer_pat says, "You'll have to find one on your own, but I would imagine one might be nearby...the Convention Center is used for business conventions and stuff. There are usually a Kinkos or other type store near the convention centers."

Hey MTM Some cards in Nintendo's First
Set are released in Expedition and such. Can we use Nintendo cards
that are released in Wizard's Sets?
master_trainer_mike says, "You really shouldn't. It will confuse judges and deck checkers in some cases. But I will leave it up to the TO's and judges at their events. Please do not use their cards in our final events. There may be changes in the wording and we won't want to add to confusion."

there became some confusion upon the
boards a few days ago. It centers around the new R&S EX rulebook.
One-you cannot comment or make rulings on the cards or the ruling.
Two-don't use them at any event run/sponsored by WotC Three-
Leagues do as they please per usual. to be cont....
master_trainer_mike says, "I would recommend the remaining BattleZones still use the rules set that has been in play for the last 4 years. Once Nintendo starts their OP, then of course you should switch over. At the very least be very clear to ALL of your players before you switch over rules."
