Reinforcement
[Action] Target Warrior gets +1/+1 until end of turn. It gets an additional +1/+1 for each "Super Holy Water" Technique card in your Discard area.

Admittedly, this card is not as powerful by itself as other boosters out there, but it easily makes up for that. Upon the second holy water, it meets the standard of other boost cards and becomes more versatile by reinforcing both sides. Not only does this have combat applications of working on whoever you want, but by raising both stats, it easily sets fighters up for number-checking effects from other cards. Of course, we can't forget that the miraculous third water will fetch +3/+3. I like to think of this card as DB's first "burst" card, and I hope we'll see more of them in the future.
I'm very proud to be reviewing this card today. Although I'm sure power creep will get to it in the future, it is currently good enough to warrant a 5 from me! Yes, I am most likely the strictest reviewer you'll find for cards anywhere on that golden maximum rating. A 5 to me means that it belongs in absolutely any deck. I don't care about what the deck does at all; I can see no corner cases whatsoever where this does not belong in a deck in 3 copies. Even Time is a Warrior's Tool from Score's game doesn't get a 5 from me because purely aggro decks don't need it or use it. Eventually, something else will probably overpower this in average use or we'll get a linear set with a theme so powerful it doesn't need to use this, but in the meantime, I see this as 5 all the way.

5/5
