of 3 or less.
Simply put, this is a card that realistically should be in most, if
not all, Super decks. Its chi cost is ridiculous, but simply
granting a point of damage is the most powerful effect you can do
inside of combat. The stat bonuses it offers won't usually be
groundbreaking, but I'm more concerned in the actual damage it will
end up dealing to one of your opponent's characters to get it out of
the way. This will offer a significant boost to your tempo. Again,
the cost is quite significant, but I feel it's fair.
