I honestly don't know what to think of this card. It doesn't really
seem that great to me, and I certainly don't plan on including it in
any of my decks. If we get a card that allows an entire team to be
obliterated with extremely excessive damage, I could get behind
this, because +5 would definitely be tremendous. The thing is, we
already have Janken-Goo, which is cheaper and far less restrictive
for less effect. What's happening here is that Kaio-Ken is offering
card advantage for the cost of too much chi. You're getting 2
Janken-Goos, maybe a little more, if you're willing to spend lots of
chi to do it. I'm all for card advantage, but all my experience with
Super is that it's already "strapped for cash." Earth might be able
to use something like this, but I don't think it's within Super's
realm.

This technique is subpar. There are only two cards in the game that
can use this card and one is never used. The boost can be really
nice but most likely you'd rather use Kamehameha or Rapid Sword
Drawing or pretty much anything else. Its got nice art and is great
fun for casual games but other than that nothing is really going for
it.
