I'm sure Roshi will see play for some time in Super decks, as long
as it relies on Hermit characters for its leaders. In such decks, he
is essentially 3 support for 2 turn cost. Fortunately, Goku fits
this role very well in any form. In a pinch, he can function as 4
Combat. This is, of course, assuming that you can get a Dragon Ball
on him, but if you actually want to do that, it's certainly not hard
at all. He will, of course, break upon a single hit, but his ability
will still function whether he's in any team or not. He works fine
in his slot and can function consistently later in the game. He
certainly won't be a central piece in any deck, but a useful tool
for a Hermit deck.
