I can't help but think Cymbal might be replaced by Salt. Cymbal's a
turn earlier, sure, but Salt with Vinegar becomes a powerful combo.
They're all part of the "evil tribe," which though I couldn't
understand at first, does actually make sense. After all, Garlic
was Namekian, too. All in all, though, this is basically Unique's
Goku and serves its slot well.

more wholesome ratings!

Its a vanilla warrior and the only Evil Tribe warrior on Turn 1. Not
a very splashable card because there are some much better choices
when splashing on Turn 1 (i.e. King Kai and Baba [which I give both
of them 5/5]). But for an Evil Tribe deck, this is your best [only]
option.
