This card is a must in almost all villan decks but the
Heroes side is not that great, it's a dragon ball 7 in a box.... a
really small box o.0 This card's rating might be a lil low cuz to me
it's pretty much a villans only card since they're the only ones that
really use this card.
Standard
For heroes is aight, nothing that great... did I mention it's not
that good for heroes? ~_0
For Villains this card is simply amazing, it can bring you back
late game by letting you recover an average of about 17 Combat cards,
including Time, A-18 Stare Downs and many others.... if your lucky you
might even get a HALT back O_O
Rating 3.5
Tuff Enuff
This is where for Heroes it getz worst and for villans even better
because if you use enough double blocks that are Combat cards you can
use it mid game to recover some of those blocks. This card should just
say "Villans Only" cuz that's pretty much what it is

Rating 3.75
*Inside Note: A change will be happening to this card in the next
version of the CRD, it should be updated sometime today or
tomorrow.... I hope*

Wow. This card is very, very widely used. Much more
by villains than heroes, but it is a strong card in any case. Being
a non-combat hurts this card, it would be much more efficient if it
was a Combat Card. The ability to shuffle upwards of 30 life cards
back into your deck is amazing! This card's major weakness is black,
as one Black Searching Technique says bye-bye. Good card overall,
but don't base a deck around it (unless its' Namekian Regeneration),
as a lot of decks today would op for City In Turmoil instead.

Foreboding Evidence - AS Promo
This is a very nice card for villains. Its hero effect sucks because
you can do better with EDB7. With the effect of shuffling back all
those 18 stare downs, energy sphere, mothers touch and such you can
replenish your deck quite nicely. Too bad its limit 1 per deck ;_;
if it was something like limit 2 it would be better. Your opponents
will try and make sure you never use this non-combat card if youre a
villain. This plus WTLTH (TS Ultra Rare) you can replenish your deck
so you wont lose after WTLTH ends which can help you win the game if
you get the right stuff in your hand.
Rating 3.5 - An average card that shouldnt be over looked. |
