finally a decent card to review!!!
Can't remember the last time that happened, it's just been wait
toooooooo long. ;-p
Standard
Hidden Power level is a card that works best
in a survival environment because it helps Energy based decks and it
can be a life saver when two Physical beats are going at it. In the
current environment I don't see it doing much because most of the
environment is ball and that's just no fun but after World Games
comes out this card might start to see a lot of use in this format.
;-)

Tuff Enuff
This card doesn't turn into Mr. super amazing
card but it gets really good in this format, it gives you stages
when you need them and if your opponent is at zero it might actually
deal a decent amount of damage. ^_< We all know Tuff Enuff is all
about the overkills, because Tuff Enuff with out overkills just
wouldn't be the same. Anywayzzz, this card will probably not get you
an overkill but it can be what saves you from geting overkilled
yourself. =)

Friday - Hidden Power Level.
Look at the wording on this card 0_o....man..before
IQ started workin' there the wording wuz kinda weird 0_o..at least I
hope IQ didn't work there yet :p
Standard: The DK loves this card ^0^. The DK
plays 3 in his Orange deck (don't ask my while I'm talking in 3rd
person cuz I don't know)..anyway..this card is great, pretty much in
any deck..it allows you to go up to full, whether it's successful or
not! It also allows you to inflict more damage than usual cuz you
power up to full :) and it also prevents the big womping your
opponent had planned for you ..ok it won't prevent it..it'll just
make it do less (if it's physical, if it's energy well then..your'
in trouble :p)

Friday: Hidden Power Level:
This card just ownz.
In standard play, this attack is good in
basically any deck. It can never hurt to go to full and perform a
physical attack... unless of course your opponent has trunks swiftly
moving, then youre screwed :P It can be good in physical attack
decks, helping you get to full and a physical attack, and in an
energy deck becasue you go to full.
In Tuff Enuff, this card is even BETTER,
because most people either use physical or energy decks. Against a
physical deck this deck is good and same with an energy deck. In my
opinion, this card needed to be a bit more than a common. Notice how
yamcha's energy attack is an uncommon that is crappy, and hidden
power level ownz and is a common.
