well
this card's aight but that's about it. I would play Goku's Dashing
Punch and Goku's Battle Ready over it, but it does have a nice lil
side effect. Telling your opponent they can't gain anger for a while
it's kinda nice when dealing with red anger decks.... especially
after the cards red getz in Cell Games.... ooopss did I say tooo
much? n_n The card is
playable but I would play other cards over it, then again one never
knowz what Cell Games will do the the eviroment.... *hint hint*

Blue Head Charge is
a potentially devastating card against a variety of decks.
Lowering your opponent's anger to 0 and then not allowing them to
gain anger until the start of your next turn? Almost better
than a 'wounds' card (Terrible Wounds, Awful Abrasions, etc); this
card can take place of the wounds cards in a Blue City in Turmoil
deck or a Blue deck that does not run off non-combats. One of
the better things about this card is that it does not require you to
declare Tokui-Waza to use, so use it in those colorless decks at
will! Not being 1 per deck makes it easier to get from the
life deck, and not being removed from the game makes it easily
recyclable.

Blue Head Charge
(CS 156)
After
Blue Betrayal, this is the second blue physical attack I put into
a deck. Anger decks
are now far more powerful than many people realize, and having
attacks that so nicely shut down anger is a huge edge over other
styles. I rate it a 8
of 10.

Blue
Head Charge
Again…
another blue card that sucks. Come
on, +2 power stages and lowers anger to zero, not allowing ur
opponent to gain any? That
is so lame… there are plenty of cards that can do better… Gokus
Dashing Punch for instance. 8
power stages and lower ur opponent’s anger to zero,… sure, he
can still gain some back, but use it as the last attack, when he’s
at 4 anger, and all is sweet for u.
Too bad I can’t rate that card… no, I have to rate the
blue ones….

Head Charge:
The
first word that comes to mind, ANNOYING.
I've had this card played against me, and played this card
against many others, and it always turns out the same "dude,
that card is so annoying!". Now , a
+2 physical attack lower opponents anger to 0, but no, that's
not good enough, you cant raise it until the beginning of your next
turn. Anger, your
nemesis blue_ is back and more powerful. 5/5
